God’s Sovereignty

We need a big God. We need a God big enough to cover all our pain. At the beginning of Genesis 41, Joseph languishes in prison. At the end, he’s the prime minister of Egypt. How much of this did he see in advance? Zero! Who did this? God did! So how big is our God? Is he big enough for our problems? Is he big enough for our future? Is he big enough for our pain? Is he big enough for our fears? Is he big enough for whatever we’re facing?
Well if he isn’t, then maybe, just maybe we need to trade him in for the God of the Bible.
